Thanks to the modular design, the filament line can be expanded or adapted for other tasks at any time. On request, we also offer waterless cooling sections, residual water blow-off, and further options.
Using special screw geometries, we can also produce high-quality filaments from regrind.

Our standard filament line is designed for production speeds of 10 to 80 m/min. Speeds of up to 100 m/min are also possible on request.

Downstream Equipment Matched to Your Application
In addition to the complete filament line, PMH also offers matching downstream equipment for cooling, haul-off, winding, and pelletizing. All downstream machines are also available individually and can be customized to customer requirements, materials, and production processes.
Water Bath Cool 2000
The Cool 2000 water bath provides reliable filament cooling after extrusion and can be flexibly integrated into existing line concepts.

Scheibenabzug AB50
The AB50 disc haul-off ensures controlled material transport and precise haul-off speed control in filament production.

Winder Type W250
The W250 winder enables clean and even filament winding. Traverse width and speed can be flexibly adjusted.
