The machine uses co-rotating twin screws and closely intermeshing screws with kneading zones and degassing. Segmented barrels and screws enable flexible configuration for different tasks.
In addition, the twin-screw extruder is equipped with a gearbox featuring torque splitting and an overload sensor.
Designed for Precise Process Control
Equipment includes, among other things, an 11 kW three-phase drive, ceramic heaters with air cooling, a melt pressure and melt temperature sensor, and the “easy control” system with touch panel.
